Wednesday - Teen Hot Yoga from 4:00 - 5:00pm at St. Albert Yoga Centre.

Thursday - Hatha (experienced) from 9:30 to 11:00am at St. Albert Yoga Centre.

I am deeply interested in helping people heal themselves so I have developed a workshop:

Yoga for Anxiety - For millennia, Yoga has been recognized for its power to heal individuals. Yoga goes beyond just the physical and brings healing to mental and emotional levels. The ancient Yogi's recognized anxiety as an affliction of the mind and heart and designed poses and breathing practices to sooth and center the nervous system. This workshop will explore the sources of anxiety and how yoga can bring healing to those suffering from anxiety and panic attacks.
